Personal Cycle Coaching is a specialist service training cyclists and multisport athletes of all abilities to become better on the bike. Nigel Stephens and Greg Whyte run the London Centre for Sports Cardiology – previously at the Olympic Medical Institute and now at the Centre for Health and Human Performance at 76 Harley Street. Nigel is a Consultant Cardiologist with 20 years experience and Greg is Professor of Sports Science at Liverpool John Moore’s University. Both are still competitive endurance athletes and Greg has represented Great Britian in two Olympic games in modern pentathlon.
